Verily, all the Esterite laws made before this law, and contained in
all the Faslexiuses, except the treaties and international agreements made by the New Worcester Kingdom and the Law of Interkingonum, are hereby repealed.

There shall be a census once every year. Those citizens that do not
answer the census, with the exception of the Royal Family and the family of former King William I, shall no longer be citizens of the New Worcester Kingdom, nor be members of Parliament.

following micronations, should they accept: Theocracy and Empire of
the Nations of Kato, Most Serene Empire of the Cumquat, Principality
of Villeroy, Empire of Leblandia, United Kingdom of Nautica, the
Republic of Amerada, and the Republic of Marajo. Relations may only
be withdrawn by Royal Decree.
