It is on this amazing and historic day, which is the second anniversary of the founding of the New Worcester Kingdom, that it shall be my duty to announce the foundation of the Ancient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra. This Kingdom of Habakkuk is the re-founded New Worcester Kingdom, with a greater government and more splendid constitution.
I claim, by right, as is stated in the Law of Interkingonum, the Throne of Habakkuk. King William I, Monarch of the New Worcester Kingdom, Lord of the Army, Duke of Babal and Defender of the Colonies must, within a reasonable amount of time, abdicate and make vacant his Office as Monarch, thus by law conferring the same upon Nicholas James Bridgewater. Until this time, King William I shall remain as King. Upon the abdication of King William I, I shall be anointed Pharaoh of the Ancient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra.
Therefore, having signed the Articles of Eternal Union of the Ancient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra or TARKULHAR, and approving it also in the name of King William I, until he himself can sign it, I proclaim that these said Articles are the lawful Constitution of this micronation.
Also, this day, the Second day of August in the year of Our Lord Two Thousand, or the Second day of Kamál in the year One Hundred and Fifty Seven of the Bahá’í Era, or in the first day of the Third year of the independence of the New Worcester Kingdom, I, Nicholas James Bridgewater, do found, proclaim, and establish the independence thereof, the Ancient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra as the re-founded New Worcester Kingdom.
May this micronation be happy, prosperous and satisfied. May its enemies be confounded. May its goals be attained. May it have a successfully large population and working government. May it be eternally guided by the Merciful arm of Providence.
Signed in Adderbury, near Banbury, in Oxfordshire, in the United Kingdom:

Nicholas James Bridgewater.
