WHEREAS, it is stated in the Articles of Eternal Union that the Ancient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra “shall be founded on August 2, 2000 A.D. by direction of Nicholas James Bridgewater”,

WHEREAS, the Proclamation of Foundation states “I claim, by right, as is stated in the Law of Interkingonum, the Throne of Habakkuk. King William I, Monarch of the New Worcester Kingdom, Lord of the Army, Duke of Babal and Defender of the Colonies must, within a reasonable amount of time, abdicate and make vacant his Office as Monarch, thus by law conferring the same upon Nicholas James Bridgewater. Until this time, King William I shall remain as King. Upon the abdication of King William I, I shall be anointed Pharaoh of the Ancient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra.”

WHEREAS, the said King William I has not abdicated within a reasonable amount of time, possibly due to inability to contact him, it is therefore

RESOLVED, that King William I, Monarch of the New Worcester Kingdom, Lord of the Army, Duke of Babal and Defender of the Colonies is hereby dethroned, deposed, and removed from Office. Henceforth, following the spirit and direction of the Law of Interkingonum, which King William I and myself both signed while I was King, I do proclaim that I am Nicholas I, His Most Glorious Majesty, by the Grace of Amon-Ra, Pharaoh of the Ancient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra, Defender of the Faith, Grand Duke of the City of Worcester, hereditary claimant to the throne of the New Worcester Kingdom, servant of Joseph, head of the armed forces, and the Most Gracious image of Horus on earth.

:—“I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of Pharaoh of the Ancient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Articles of Eternal Union of the Ancient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra.”
